This exceptional design combines backstitch and cross stitch creating an extraordinary lace-like effect. The pattern is composed of two vertical lace-border bands surrounding an antique inspired alphabet.
The elements of this pattern can all be combined. If you enjoy stitching the pattern you can reuse the alphabet or the lace borders to stitch on other items. The alphabet will make lovely monograms and the borders can be used to frame them.
