Wholesale Orders

Chart packs:

Patterns published for wholesale are professionally printed on extra-smooth thick quality paper (120gsm) and packaged in clear plastic sleeves.

There is a minimum order of 2 chart packs per design for a first order. No minimum for reorders.

Wholesale Pricing:

For wholesale pricing to display, please Login to your Wholesale account.

The prices shown are prices in U.S. dollars by default.

US Orders can be placed in US dollars.

Orders from outside the USA should be placed in Euros. To select your currency go to the top of website.
 

Tax:

• No tax applies for deliveries outside the European Union.
• No VAT applies to orders delivered within the European Union* if European VAT number supplied.  7% VAT is applied by default to orders placed online but will be deducted from the invoice if VAT number supplied. Please select payment by bank transfer and make payment of amount excluding VAT. 
• *VAT applicable in France

Payment:

Payment is via Credit card or by Bank transfer.

Orders in Euros, from within the Eurozone please pay by Bank transfer.

If paying by bank transfer you will receive an email with your order details as well as instructions for making your payment .

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:

We ship worldwide. Most international orders can be shipped in 24 hours.

Packages are sent by Airmail, First class. Orders sent by Airmail will usually be delivered to you in 6 to 12 working days. There is no tracking/signed for service for Airmail deliveries.

Optional:

- If you require your package to be signed for, please request a special “International signed for” delivery to be added to your order (extra charge).

Airmail Shipping rates:

• A minimum charge of $6.90 applies for orders of $12.00 or less.
• For all other orders, shipping rates apply at cost depending on weight.

Shipping rates will be applied to your cart at Step 3 of checkout (Payment & Delivery stage). If ordering by email, shipping charges will be quoted with the detail of your order.

Use of pictures

Pictures of all patterns are protected by copyright.

Upon request we will be happy to let you use these pictures for your online business and provided the pictures displayed include copyright credits.
