But she's got a secret: "The teacher does not know that I have embroidered a rose on my undergarment".
The design is inspired by a scene in the novel by Osamu Dazai, The Schoolgirl. The novel deals with adolescence and all the thoughts playing havoc in the young girl's mind. Kyoko Maruoka features an oversize rose, as big perhaps as the girl's secret. The girl herself is pictured in a very tenderly way.
