Perrette Samouiloff has always shown a great talent for capturing childrens' attitudes in cross stitch. This pattern focuses toddlers playing with their pet kittens and their teddies.
We love the way this little boy plays football with his teddy, or the little girl prepares a bowl of milk for her kitten - with her teddy imitating her.
These mini motifs can be stitched as a whole, individually or extracted and combined any way you wish, in rows for instance, should you want to stitch them on baby bibs or on terry towel. The example below shows a combination of 3 motifs combined horizontally and measures 130 stitches wide 40 stitches high or 9 1/4 inch wide x 3 inch high (25 cm x 7.5cm) on 14ct Aida or 28 ct evenweave / linen.
