Forming a delicate background, flowering wild grass turned to seeds is the sole element of landscape,
The sobriety of color - the chart only uses 3 colors of embroidery floss - contributes to evoking the autumn atmsophere.
The pattern can be stitched as a whole and displayed banner like. You can also stitch each motif of the children individually (see last picture).
Fractional stitches (3/4 cross stitch in one strand) are used for the silhouettes of the puppies, creating a lighter coverage for the legs in the background.
