So Much Nope
CROSS STITCH PATTERN DESIGNED BY PEACOCK & FIG
"Have you ever wanted to say “no” to someone but in a much more expressive way?"
Dana Batho for Peacock & Fig
Artist Designer Dana Batho of Peacock & Fig yet again has fun combining cheeky internet-age language with classical decorative layouts.
The sassy meme-like phrase in bold type is cross stitched in a baroque wreath inspired by an antique French engraving. It wouldn't look out of place in a French boudoir.
With only 3 embroidery floss colors, and involving only full stitches and a backstitch ouline, this work is a quick and easy stitch.
Note: you can also substitute the text with your very own words using the Vintage Sass Alphabet 2
This pattern is part of the Vintage Sass Collection, a series of cross stitch with contemporary humor, designed by Peacock & Fig.
