This antique needlework sampler is very refined in its choice of colors. It was stitched in the late nineteen century by a young lady who signed her name, Marguerite Christophle. She used a very fine 14ct canvas and silk thread.

A faithful reproduction of an antique alphabet, charted by Muriel Berceville.
