A remarkable Sampler by Riverdrift House, celebrating the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower voyage, from Plymouth, England and to the New World. 5 Matryoshka dolls, each with a little surprise inside
By Kyoko Maruoka, the designer of GERA! a set of 5 matryoska, each of them serves as a different needlework accessory. The smallest of the dolls houses a needle-threader, also acting as a fob. The medium doll opens in the shape of butterfly wings, to neatly store needles, and so on ... The finishing touches are superb: the work of a real pro!

We've had several reports from shops that Lesley Teare's Blackwork designs, an interesting mix of cross stitch and Blackwork blending black and color, are proving quite popular with stitchers. Lesley Teare is an expert UK designer who has mainly published in British magazines but has now launched her own collection which is published by Creative Poppy.
We are pleased to announce we are now publishing Shannon Christine Designs. Shannon is Canadian but first started designing for English needlework magazines.
It is no secret, Shannon is a hopeless romantic. And this is precisely what we love about her designs. The designer follows her heart, drawing very feminine models with a precious feel, adding detail, embellishments, seemlessly combining needlework and beadwork.
One of our favorite models is titled Romance. We like the downright rococo boudoir style and precious feel of these love letters.
When it comes to flowers, don't miss Faby Reilly's exquisite collection that covers a huge range of flowers.
Here is a tribute to the rare black tulip that embodies absolute elegance. Designed by Faby Reilly the cross stitch pattern combines shades of very deep reds and near-black colors. Beads, sequins and gold thread reinforce the precious feel of this beautiful needlework design. This piece will be perfect to give a tone of classic elegance to your home, especially during the festive season.
Lesley Teare has long created cross stitch patterns for cross stitch magazines as well as books. She has a huge experience of cross stitch but is also an expert in Blackwork.
The designer has a keen sense of colour, with very rich and joyful palettes. She also has a sharp eye for detail, especially when charting essential areas of faces and of flowers. Check out these splendid designs!
